Shipping

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping options are shown at checkout based on your address.

How much is shipping? US orders are $12 flat, and free on orders over $65. International orders are $20 flat.

How long does shipping take? Typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I be charged customs or import duties? Possibly, depending on your country. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Bundles & savings

Do you offer bundles? Yes. Our Complete Hydration Kit pairs the stainless steel fountain with a 4-pack of replacement filters, and the Cat Starter Kit combines a donut bed, puzzle feeder and elevated bowl. Both cost less than buying the items separately and qualify for free shipping.

Orders

How do I track my order? Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number and email, or use the tracking link sent to your inbox.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged or defective. Email us a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How do I choose the right size? Check the size chart on each product page. Still unsure? Email us your pet's measurements and we'll recommend a size.

Are your products safe for my pet? Yes, all products are selected for pet-safe materials.

How often should I change the fountain filter? Every 2–4 weeks depending on use and water hardness. Our Complete Hydration Kit includes four, which covers roughly 2–4 months.
