If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Late or missing orders
Our delivery window is 14–28 calendar days. If tracking shows no movement past 35 days from dispatch, email us and we'll resend the order or refund it in full — your choice, no return required.
Conditions for returns
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong
How to start a return
Email patlabratory@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
Send a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery to patlabratory@gmail.com — we'll send a free replacement or full refund without requiring a return shipment in most cases.
Bundles and kits
Kits are returnable as a complete set. Partial returns of a kit are refunded at the discounted per-item value, not the full separate price.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us — we'll arrange an exchange once the original item is returned, or ship the replacement first depending on stock.
