Delivery times — please read before ordering
We work with a vetted supplier network, and most of our products ship directly from their warehouses. That keeps prices low, but it means delivery is not next-day.
Expect 14–28 calendar days from order to doorstep for most destinations. Some orders arrive in 10–12 days; a few take up to 35 days during peak seasons or customs backlogs. Every order gets a tracking number.
If that timeline doesn't work for you, we'd rather you knew now than be disappointed later.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information. The 14–28 day window starts after processing.
Shipping rates
United States: $12 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $65.
International: $20 flat rate.
Rates are confirmed at checkout based on your destination.
Multiple parcels
If your order contains several items — including our bundles and kits — they may ship separately and arrive on different days. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing. You'll get a tracking number for each parcel.
Customs, duties & taxes
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.
Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.
The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
Delays
Occasionally shipments are delayed by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order passes 35 days with no movement on tracking, email us and we'll either resend it or refund you in full — your choice.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at patlabratory@gmail.com and we'll help investigate.
